Describe the bug
The users page has a scrollbar under it.

To Reproduce
Go to the users page.
See the scrollbar.

Expected behavior
It shouldn't have a scrollbar under the users, it should be spaced properly.

The scrollbar is because the custom theme installed, if you switch to the default the scrollbar will disappear. I cannot support every layout change of every theme, because a fix for a theme will broke another one and vice versa. The only supported theme is the default bootstrap 4 theme.
Maybe in the future a feature could be implemented to add custom css.
Edit: the scrollbar display also on the bootstrap 4 default theme just because the table it's too big for container.
