Discord Embed Customization

I've become quite bored with the current embed style for images and i've been trying to modify it to no success.

Describe the solution you'd like
I've been trying to figure out how to but I cannot find a way to do so, I would like to be able to have the ability to customize the embed information that shows up on a discord embed (i want to be able to change it from just showing the date and file name/size to whatever line of text (and being able to setup links for them would be just bonus points))

This screenshot would show exactly what I was hoping to do (as ive seen so many other sharex hosts like upload.systems do this)
