Can't delete image captions once added

My app version is Telegraph X Pro V2.4.4, running on MIUI 14.0.5, Android 13.
The same problems also arise on MIUI Global 12.5.7, Android 11.

As I said in the title, once the image description is added, I cannot use the delete key to modify it.
In addition, another issue is sometimes I can't select text directly by long press the text.
Both of the above are serious bugs, I hope you can fix them as soon as possible.
