Write separate tool to compare hash outputs and show all changes:

moved/renamed files
new files
deleted files
modified files

This ticket is created as a split of the ticket #24

JSON output should be implemented (ticket #25 ) before this ticket

It make sense to account relative and absolute path names so that relative and absolute paths for one file should be considered equal
