Side note: I just realized that after a year of working at SerpApi I just noticed that there's a search bar under the docs page 🙂

Possible benefits:

  • Less mouse movement.
  • Faster navigation through docs.

Possible keyboard shortcuts:

  1. CTRL+K: Playwright, Vue, Deno docs.
  2. CTRL+/
  3. /: Github page, NextJS, Stripe, Angular, Firebase docs.

Possible functionality, an example from Playwright docs:

playwright-docs

Our current approach (opens in a new window after clicking through search):

serpapi-docs

Feel free to remove next label and downgrade to freezer 🙂

@tanys123 There's a ninja-keys project that supports vanilla JavaScript. We can use it with less changes to the Rails Asset Pipeline.

ninja-keys demo

Found it on https://github.com/stefanjudis/awesome-command-palette#libraries.
