Is it possible to deploy only particular service?

I have a serverless compose file with multiple services.

Service 1

Service 2
URL : Service1.url

Is it possible to deploy service 2 only in case we don't want to deploy service1?

The variable "${Service1.url}" cannot be resolved: the referenced output does not exist

Here Service 2 is dependent on Service 1 because it uses the URL of Service 1. In this case, if you want to deploy service 2 along with a command: serverless service2:deploy --stage testing.

It gives an error: No Export named URL found?

How to resolve this?

Is service 1 deployed?

If not, then it's not possible, because service 2 depends on service 1.

If yes, then run the command I linked above?
