自动根据mysql版本，选择采用reset conn 还是change user来复位连接 #2

当客户端关闭连接的时候，如果连接不能正常放入连接池，需要对连接复位，在5.7版本之前，只支持change user的重开销复位，5.7版本以后，支持了轻量级reset conn复位连接
