Starts in wrong path after running once

This is somewhat inconsistent but after I run a build task once from the button it seems the next time I run something the launched script can't find package.json because it winds up one directory above where it started

I think the currently selected file seems to have an effect on this. If I select a file that I'm building from a folder up one and over (../otherfolder) then the buttons don't work.
