I think we'd want something like

#[staged_builder]
struct Foo {
    #[builder(option(item(type = i32)))]
    a: Option<i32>
}

impl Builder<Complete> {
    pub fn a(self, a: i32) -> Self { ... }

    pub fn unset_a(self) -> Self { ... }
}
