History sections not separate from section text #3

There is a CSS selector for the 'history' texts, but it isn't being used in the scraper currently. If it can be reliably separated from the section text, then use the "historical" or "credits" key in the 'sections' .json files. Check the dccode.org JSON files to see examples.
