Should be responsive to the mobile and desktop screen sizes. Should automatically adjust, and be horizontally staggered.
Implementation with grid in tailwind should be straightforward
Could potentially use a mix of Grid and Flexbox, or just flexbox entirely for each row of sponsors. However, it shouldn't be necessary.
