Proposal to compare/add/merge x11mod/x13mod.cl files against darkcoin-mod/marucoin-mod #280

Got a couple of people chiming in saying there's a significant performance boost for x11 mining using djm34's x11mod miner. Apparently this is a combination of 14.6 drivers plus these specific kernel files. This is a proposal to integrate these kernel files into sgminer5 to be used in an algo-switching capacity.

This also includes NIST5.cl which has previously been part of a pull request found here

#272

This is predominately tied to AMD 14.6 beta drivers and the increase in groestl performance.

I started working on this in a separate branch. I got the x13 kernel added in but my rig didn't use 14.6 beta. I will get 14.6 beta and see if it worked.

Are the x11 and x13 kernels still called "darkcoin-mod" and "marucoin-mod", respectively?
