Setting is deprecated in v5.0 and should be removed in v5.1.

i'm not a contributor - just a user of sgminer v5_0. is difficulty-multiplier causing anyone headache ? I'm wondering why it's being removed. my rigs switch algorithms rather frequently. since i'm switching, vardiff never gets a chance to build up my diff. so i like to set a multiplier. seems like a useful feature to lose.

@badman74 and @luke-jr seem to think there is no point in having it if the pools work properly.

groestl algo multiplier value is set different each other between sgminer-dev and sph-sgminer.
I think this option should be deprecated but removing this argument would make some people confused.
