Auto send not work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Schedule an email (IE "Jun 19 11:15 AM") apply "DELAY_SEND" label
2.Wait for delay send to process (have waited overnight)
3.Email still sitting in "Drafts" folder, not sent

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect email to send at scheduled time (has worked in the past, stopped working 
in last 60 days.
Email stays in "Drafts" folder

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ver 0.7.6   Windows 7 Home Premium

Please provide any additional information below.
I can manually run the script ("Run gmail-delay-send" from file in GDocs) and 
the email will send.  Scheduled test email for "Jun 19 11:15 AM", manually ran 
script at 11:35 AM and email sent

If you're running 0.7.6 you might be running into this issue: 
https://code.google.com/p/gmail-delay-send/issues/detail?id=60

I'm going to assume that's the issue (sound like it). If this doesn't resolve 
you issue please re-open the bug.
