Detect whenever user scrolled to bottom of CommandList

I'm busy implementing a Combobox as a combination of Popover and Command in a way that has been described in the docs. It works generally fine.

But, on top, I would like to make it async, so that by entering Search text and !when scrolled down to the bottom of the CommandList! new options will be loaded asynchronously

The Search Text part ist already working, but I cannot seem to get the "scrolled to the bottom" part to work. Seems like I get no ref from the CommandList, so I cannot attach a "scroll" event listener. Am I missing something here?
