能否有黑白名单之类策略

mac 可以通过配置 /etc/resolver/xxx.com 来指定域名使用特定的 DNS，你可以全局使用 ChinaDNS，配置 jd.com 使用默认 DNS；也可以不更改全局配置，对需要翻墙的网站配置 ChinaDNS。

黑白名单是个办法，但需要维护，不通用，违背了这个项目的初衷

0.1.10 同时向国内外多个 DNS 发请求，解决了这个问题。
