Your system is blocking plugins (ActivityManager: don't allow to start seems to be a feature of Huawei's ROMs). Check your system settings in hope of resolving this issue.

I check my system, but kcptun didn't require any permissions...... So I move kcptun from /data/app to /system/app It works!
我来说说我是怎么解决的吧,我的方法需要root权限,在/data/app里找到com.github.shadowsocks.plugin.kcptun-2然后整个文件夹剪切到/system/app里,重启之后就可以用了~

works fine for a few weeks, but now gives unknown plugin, work-around, uninstall kcptun and install kcptun, will be ok first time you connect with it, disconnect shadowsocks, next time you try to connect, again unknown plugin kcptun.
android 6.0 honor/huawei

EDIT: found the problem, checking notifications showed shadowsocks needed the permission to run secondary app kcptun. Once I allowed it, its working again.

Reproduce.
uninstall and install kcptun. First time shadowsocks+kcptun connection works,
second time, gives error "Unknown plugin kcptun"
Check Notifications shows "Stopped Shadowsocks from launching secondary app kcptun"
when you click kcptun, its asks permission for kcptun to be launched by shadowsocks.
Click allow, and it working again.
