Presentation vs. viewer pane

Thank you for sharing this terrific template with many examples.
Can I trouble you with a question please?
When I have a document and format: revealjs, render shows the output in the Rstudio presentation pane, which is very convenient.
However, when I switch to format: metropolis-revealjs, the document renders in the viewer pane.
Do you know if it would be possible to keep the presentation pane instead?
I tried mocking around with this, but so far, no luck... hence my reaching out to you dear Shafayet.

As far as I have seen, If you render a quarto document, It shows rendered output directly in the browser. I am actually confused by the line "When I have a document and format: revealjs, render shows the output in the Rstudio presentation pane"

Can you add more details regarding this?

most definitely - please kindly take a look at my post here. I don't think this is an issue on your end, but more on the Rstudio side.
Since I have your attention, can I ask you a newbie question en passant please? Your template works great, especially with level 2 slides, but when i change to level 3 slides (slide-level: 3 in the yml section), I do not feel like I am getting the same nice layout anymore, in particular slide heading fonts are not differentiated and even turn into small text... Does it mean i need to go mess with the .csss file or is there another easier solution? sorry for bothering you with this pedestrian question. much appreciated your help.

Would You kindly open another issue regarding the problem you have stated with a minimal reproducible example and a screenshot of the problem? That would really help me!

allow me not to open another issue - it's really the same. However, do allow me to do everything you ask for, here.

1. file -> new file -> quarto presentation

2. click the render button, the file compiles fine, of course, and shows up in the presentation pane of the output window:

3. now change the format from revealjs to metropolis-revealjs, hit render, and now the slides show up in the Viewer pane of the output window.

NOTE: I skip the part where I have to install your package, as it's not relevant. Your pacakge works just fine. That's not the issue here.

Hopefully this clears it up - let me know if not.
