Jade for the Items of Power quest appears all over the map

When doing the Items of Power quest, the Jade item objective will appear as a drop from virtually every mob on the map. This is because an huge amount of mobs can drop a Jade item. This results in having both a hugely cluttered map with all of the mobs that can drop a Jade being marked, and long loading times when opening your map.
