Camera recording abnormal after deep sleep

When finishing boot

• open the camera app and quit
• turn off screen and wait for 20 seconds (do not insert USB cable)
• turn on display and launch camera
• go record something

and you have the abnormal video: screen freeze at first frame for a long period with audio playing, in the end the video starts playing.

Append media.camera.ts.monotonic=0 to /system/build.prop

And can you make camera support fullHD 60fps? cannot record the video in that mode.
