NameError: name 'api_hash' is not defined

I have done everything right, changed my API_ID and API_HASH but still get an error that my API_HASH has not been defined

I added on config.py

Am I supposed to add on .env file too? How does your config.py look? I thought we are supposed to fork and change config.py
