🐛 Describe the bug
Simple, there's no scroll bar on the settings page. Using a scroll wheel or click + drag doesn't make the page scroll down either. So depending on your screen size, Any options below "Hostname (Optional)" are unreachable.4

📰 To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. CTRL + SHIFT + P -> Sync: Advanced Options -> Sync: Open Settings
  2. Attempt to scroll.

💪 Expected behavior
Scroll bar should be available and page should be able to be scrolled.

Agree. There is no scrollbar and no way to scroll by mouse.

macOS temporary workaround:

Decrease the view size ( press:command and -), then zoom in if needed (System Preferences → Accessibility → Zoom).

Anther workaround. I can jump between options using Tab key. The page then scrolls.

Looks like it was already fixed in #1083 by this commit a6bdf11

Actually, don't know why the commit is marked with #1083 issue, but it fixed in the development branch
