I can not sign in with github

🐛 Describe the bug
when clicking the login button in vscode , it jumps into a localhost page, but it will report an ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE error, thus I can't log in

I'm open for the PR to release this fix in upcoming version. Someone can take a time and fix the UI issues so i can release in next version.
