Internet Not Connected or Unable to Connect to GitHub. Exception Logged in Console

I use v3.4.3. Lately, I can't upload and download. The same error always appears: Internet Not Connected or Unable to Connect to GitHub. Exception Logged in Console.

Shows also these messages when I try to setting sync turn on

It seems to be a network problem.
When I got home from company, I launched vscode and clicked "Login With Github" , it worked!
I didn't do anything else.
