The caveat to this is that you have to have the amount for each value, whether it has converted or not.

E.g. in SFDC if you have estimated ARR on an opportunity whether or not it closes, then you have a "total potential arr" value that you can create a "% captured" based on.

If it is something where you don't know the value (or can't estimate it) until it closes, then this is not relevant.
