Import the Contact List API - Webservice URL not set anymore on swagger import #1

Hi, been running through the labs and have noticed with the new APIM portal that the swagger at http://cadapimastersite[hash].azurewebsites.net/swagger doesn't populate the "Web service URL" field and it needs to be set manually to http://cadapimastersite[hash].azurewebsites.net
