To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to '/proxies/create'
Click on 'no'
Click on 'next'

Expected behavior
Shouldn't go to next
Or shouldn't allow to disable no

Hi there, I think "No" is selected as a default answer here
