Colours do not refresh on change from hue to sat or vice versa #1

In the spatial analysis and cluster map panes, changing the colour scheme
from “hue” to “sat” or vice versa results in the colours disappearing.

The view is “fixed” by switching to another index and then back (or
adjusting the slider on the cluster plot), indicating that it's likely some
sort of display refresh problem.

Colour changes from Hue to Sat and vice versa now trigger a redisplay.
revision #1437

However, there are still cases where it does not trigger properly when using the
slider bar with a dendrogram.

Fixed by revision 1444.

The system still resets the node selection to the last node clicked on when the
colours are changed, but this will be dealt with by addressing issue #52.
