Currently the system will return quietly if many of the analyses fail (as
far as the GUI is concerned). It does, however, print warnings to the log
window.

This information should be sent to the GUI to make it obvious.

Fix implemented for version 0.11, svn update 1268.

Analyses are now grumpy instead of surly. If something goes wrong they will
tell you
about it in the main GUI and fail, rather than putting it in the log and quietly
doing nothing.
