It'd be good if config_check

  • can create and drop pger_su user successfully
  • continue ensure wal_level and other parameters are present
  • can create groups tables using the new user
  • Has replication privileges

Most of it is fixed in 115bbe9. Still sticking w/ super user check since it is required for creating subscription.

Can re-open if things change in future.
