Planned changes:

Repair "graceful shutdown" code & properly test (may require a modification to the MM source code)
Run OMXPlayer instances via a separate PM2 process. PM2 will automatically restart the stream if the OMXPlayer instance dies. Currently in testing on wip_patch branch of repo.

This should now be fixed after 442e471.
