Describe the bug
Links in preview window are not cliquable since version 0.7.5.
I'm not updating, and stay at 0.7.3, so no hurry ... but may be cool to know what's happening ...

Environment

• OS: Windows 11
• VSCodium: 1.91.1
• Markdown Preview Enhanced: 0.7.5

To Reproduce
Install as describe upper, and ask a render of your markdown ... Even the [TOC] is not clickable.
At home I'm using CodeOSS (another trunk of VSCode) under Linux Mint, and I've the same problem.

Expected behavior
If you find, what's happening, it may be cool to correct it.
