The test cases are supposed to run fully on test net and partly(the much the better) on mainnet.
Please at least cover the following staff:

create a new account
run a new validator joining the consensus protocol
run valid delegation.
run gov upgrade proposal
fund transfer
shield sanity tests
oracle sanity tests
cert sanity tests
IBC
