On the create post page, after selecting a community, show the community info on the right side. #68

On Reddit, when you select a subreddit to post to, you can see the community info, including its description and rules on the right side. Lemmy communities put their rules in the community description box. Showing it in the create post page can help users read the rules before making posts.
