Could you add the latest builds also as
build-latest.7z

For instance

MPlayer-p4-svn-28126.7z also as MPlayer-p4-svn-latest.7z
When a new build is upload again the latest points to the newest build.
This way one can set up to download the latest build by checking the timestamp
by using

wget -N latest-build

One could then use batch scripts to automate downloads if newer build are found
Could you do this for all your packages.
