Card component rendered within a Public Portal

• If a component is configured within the header bar, the component does not display when rendered on the public portal
• When rendered on the public portal, the component header is themed with a primary color while when viewed on the admin portal it is plain. If this component also supposed to be rendered on the admin portal, the behaviour should be the same
• When you return a background color on styling property, on admin portal it applies on the entire component while on public portal only the container, excluding the header bar
