Combine divider and section separator components into one component
Re-use section separator as your base and divider should be removed
Properties to add:
- Dashed
- Divider Type
- Hide Label
- Label
- Description
- Label Align: This should be a dropdown option(add approved list)
- Font Size
- Font Color
- Line Color
- Line Width
- Inline
  - If it is true, the text should be displayed inline
  - If false, the text should be top and by default, the property should be false
- Keep the existing styling properties (Container Style, Title Style and Style Box)
- Add a migration to update existing configurations using the divider
