richTextEditor fails to display data when rendered on an edit dialog

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://function-adminportal-test.shesha.dev/dynamic/Boxfusion.SheshaFunctionalTests.Common/employee-text-table'
2. Search for 'Test Monday Case 2'
3. Click on 'edit' pencil
4. Check the richTextEditor component and the bottom two components bind to the richTextEditor property
5. Actual results: The other components are able to display the richTextEditor data, however the richTextEditor component does not

Expected behavior
The component should be able to display data when rendered on an edit dialog

Hi @James-Baloyi, I've tested this item and with the current changes on Function it is not working. Please check if your PR was merged to the main branch: #1553
