Second Release of threepoint

Second release of the threepoint code.
It now also includes

• Modelling of the covariance of $\langle M^3_\textrm{ap}\rangle$
• Functions for modelling the lensing tri- and pentaspectrum based on the halo model
• Correction of the matter power spectrum for the Takahashi+ (2017) simulations
• Improved redshift binning for internal calculations of comoving distance and lensing efficiencies

First release of the threepoint code.
It includes

• Modelling of the $\Gamma_i$
• Modelling of the $\langle M^3_\textrm{ap}\rangle$
  It also includes functions for the modelling of higher order aperture statistics, as well as the Halofit powerspectrum and the BiHalofit bispectrum.
