Killmails

Killmails should be better configurable with more features:

• Killmails above a ISK amount should be able to get an "@here" mention
• Killmails against an war target should be able to get multiple mentions like "@here", "@corpceos", ... (even custom mentions)
• Customizable killmail text to be able to modify the killmail text
• Write some kind of killmails in additional channels like killmails against war targets into an alliance leadership channel

All killmails should only be checked against war targets if someone from the alliance/corp is involved. But I have no idea if this is possible getting it.
