Shift Network statistics: listing a node

Some Shift nodes run extra software that submits information to the Shift statistics page. Note that this page do not represent state of the whole Shift network.

Installation summary

Requirements.

1. Gshift (CLI wallet)
2. Node JS
3. NPM
4. https://github.com/cubedro/eth-net-intelligence-api
5. WS_SERVER and WS_SECRET (ask a shift team member via PM)
6. Optional: pm2 (monitoring daemon)
