We could have something like

shmuxfile.sh

## Description of the command
cmd:
   #! /bin/sh
   echo "lol"

and upon shmux show something like

usage: shmux [-config <path>] [-shell <path>] <command> -- [arguments ...]

Available a commands:
  cmd      Description of the command

Run 'shmux -h' for details.
