それぞれの場所で制御しているので、オプションを生成させてfetchをsnippetsで実行させる

undefinedを渡された時にcatchしていないので、色々な場所で落ちる

V5では__debug関数で随所から呼び出される想定
デバッグフラグに対応しているので平常時は出さない
