The "nightly" release uses a tag whose SHA does not correspond to the current code. In addition, we have never cleaned up the assets on the release. As a result, we have almost 1,100 assets tagged to the release!

For the triggers repo, I would like to configure CI such that it always uses a "latest" or "nightly" release payload. This would help the project catch regressions faster.

@qu1queee we now have over 2,000 assets in the "nightly" release! 🙀
