This will require some coding..

When a ruleset provider stops distributing a file (all together, not like, it's blank), for example protocol-icmp.so (a shared object rule file). PulledPork probably needs to prompt the user, or quietly ignore, or possibly even remove the blank file.

Otherwise this will break installations with files that are no longer there (like when pulledpork puts the shared object rule files in the correct dynamiclibrary directory, but one no longer exists)
