果仁菠菜

菠菜用刀拍，撕成丝，切2寸长。
下锅烫菠菜梗，开锅放菠菜叶，叶绿捞出。
料汁：拍蒜，熟花生，盐，海鲜酱油，少点醋，辣椒油，少点糖。（放醋就少点糖）
菠菜放凉，拧干水分再放料汁
