Allow zero width shortening

Summary

There is another interesting tool ZWS that uses invisible zero width characters instead of some unique ascii string for shortening.
To the naked eye every shortened URL would look the same (and most importantly be very short) but would still work.

It would be nice to have a toggle to enable this feature.

Use case

This is useful in scenarios like when you only need links in text that are clickable but don't want them to take up to much space or if you want it to not be copied by hand on paper.
