Where is the code for the inkscape plugin ?

Finally found this in an old HD and put it here:

Last edits were from Sept 2018, there was a Mercurial repository (back from we were hosted at freehg.org) but I couldn't salvage it since apparently it changed a lot in the meantime and can't read old repos...
