Resetting the row size of a TextArea?

I have a sl-textarea with rows=1 and resize="auto"
After adding a bunch of rows of text to the box, if I then 'clear' the box by setting its value to "", the box doesn't reset back to its original 1-row size. Is there a way to force that to happen?

Thanks for reporting this. This issue has been fixed in 854e576 and will be available in the next release.
