Describe the bug
Range with tooltip not working on Safari

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://shoelace.style/components/range?id=tooltip-placement
  2. Try to move the circle
  3. Tooltip not showing

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: MacOS
  • Browser: Safari
  • Version 14.1.1

Thanks for reporting this. Safari doesn't focus like other browsers, so I've updated range to show the tooltip when the thumb is moved or when it has focus.
